Job Description

Role: Valuation Engineer – Drafting of property valuation report for banks – discussion with technical managers of Banks Education qualification: Diploma/Degree in civil/architecture Min 1 year experience in similar role Expectation – Should have basic knowledge of byelaws of Delhi, ghaziabad, NOIDA, Greater NOIDA, Faridabad, Gurgaon – should have good communication skills and may be required to coordinate with bank Relationship Officers etc – Basic computer knowledge required and should be comfortable using word, Excel and other basic software.
