Job Description

Hiring for “Sr. Creative designer” for retail footwear brand We are looking for a creative leader who want to create a benchmark in marketing and internal communications designs, who have a strategic bent of mind, and want to mentor a small team in bringing about large scale design changes in how internal branding works. This role lies at the fore front of developing marketing collaterals, branding materials, Videos, and internal communications. Expectations Must have over 5+ years of high-quality experience in advertising and Creative services, digital, Marcom, branding and communication Post graduate or graduate degree in design (is preferable) Strong foundation in digital and traditional media Producing sketches or ‘storyboards’ or ‘roughs’ or ‘scamps’ to communicate ideas to the team. Define the creative strategy and the vision for the creative team Ability to work under pressure – handle crunched timelines, turnaround swiftly and be adaptive to frequent changes in the nature of requests Ability to prioritize and plan efficiently when dealing with multiple requests and stakeholder changes/feedback/suggestions Hands on experience with Adobe creative suite and presentation tools Have worked on motion graphics and video projects. Exposure to current ux practices and tools Understand digital best practice, design principles as well as being a champion for user experience Recognize design theory, composition, graphic design and show creative skills beyond 2D and technical knowledge Exp: 5 years+ Salary: Upto 55K per month Location: Gurgaon Note: Physical interview and joining Interested candidates can share their CV along with the portfolio at [Email hidden] or can call at 9910932219
