With the aspiration to see the blossoms of learning and knowledge in young Goenkans, I am ecstatic and privileged to be a part of G.D Goenka Public School, Jhajjhar.

I perceive a galaxy of disparate talent and indefatigable hopes around me to nourish, nurture and navigate and impart soulful education. Standing on the threshold of an era where digital learning is the means and moral grooming is an end, I recognize the need of delivering meaningful education to the students. They should use multifarious modern tools to know and understand, make susceptible goals and be confident enough to outshine in life, by realizing them. I look forward to place high value in the teachers creating a rapport with their students and simultaneously adopting a combination of constructive, participative and eclectic teaching methods to create an everlasting effect on the young minds.

As we can see , the changing times have given rise to an emergent situation, where the teaching community has to respond sensitively and become mentors to address the differing educational needs of the students. In today’s classroom the teacher is faced with ‘Gen Z ‘, who are evidently technology driven. I strongly believe that it is not merely information that can provide the support that a child needs; they have to be facilitated with conducive environment and appropriate methodologies to absorb the information and strengthen themselves.

I aim to create a joyful learning atmosphere which incorporates a prism of approaches with clear strands of intelligence, so as students can figure out their talent and follow it with interest, till they achieve the desired results. The persistent efforts of the teacher, co-operation of the parents and creation of new avenues of learning will surely take our students towards perfection and eminence.
